Description
Automotive spray baking booth with a three-panel double-hinged sheet-metal entry door system (1000×2500 mm per panel) fitted with 5mm tempered safety glass observation windows certified to China Compulsory Product Certification (3C). Cabin walls are 50mm double-sided coated rock-wool sandwich panels (rock wool density ≥100 kg/m³) with 0.4mm white-gray color-coated steel skins; the roll-formed 0.6mm galvanized top plates interlock with an n-type tongue-and-groove joint for rigidity and airtightness. The 300mm base carries two rows of galvanized 30×4mm flat-steel grating rated 800 kg per wheel and three rows of 1.8mm reinforced checker plate. Heating options: electric (8 × 3kW infrared radiation units in three independently controlled circuits), or diesel/gas systems built around an Italian-made burner with SUS304 stainless-steel heat exchanger.
