Description
Electric-heating spray booth with a strong bending-steel three-fold main door (3000×2600 mm) with handle and lock, plus a 650×1800 mm personnel door with handle and anti-explosion lock. Walls are high-quality double-construction 50mm EPS insulation panels with 0.4mm steel skins, anti-flame and heat-insulating, under a galvanized steel roof. The full-metal 300mm foundation carries two rows of galvanized flat-steel grilles and three rows of galvanized painted non-slip diamond plate, with two 620×2000 mm diamond-plate ramps. Heating is by 10 infrared curing lamp units (3 × 1kW lamps each, 30kW total) reaching 80°C, with a 20→80°C ramp in 15–20 minutes.
