Description
Flagship European-style spray baking booth with a four-panel double-hinged entry door system (800×2550 mm per panel) with 5mm tempered safety glass observation windows (3C certified). Cabin walls are 50mm double-sided coated rock-wool purification panels (density ≥100 kg/m³) with 0.476mm white-gray color-coated steel skins and interlocking 0.6mm galvanized top plates. The heavy-duty 300mm base uses 1.0mm galvanized vertical panels (1.2mm at the front sill) and five rows of galvanized 30×5mm flat-steel grating rated 1000 kg per wheel. Supply and exhaust each run an 11kW European-style direct-drive turbine fan on frequency-converter control moving 30,000 m³/h. Heating options: electric (10 graphene heating units totaling 30kW in three control circuits), or diesel/gas systems built around an Italian-made burner with SUS304 stainless-steel heat exchanger.
