Description
European-style spray baking booth with a three-panel double-hinged sheet-metal entry door system (1000×2550 mm per panel) with 5mm tempered safety glass observation windows (3C certified). Cabin walls are 50mm double-sided coated rock-wool sandwich panels (density ≥100 kg/m³) with 0.4mm white-gray color-coated steel; roll-formed 0.6mm galvanized top plates interlock with an n-type tongue-and-groove joint. The 300mm base combines three rows of galvanized 30×4mm flat-steel grating rated 800 kg per wheel with two rows of 2.3mm reinforced checker plate. Supply and exhaust each run a 7.5kW European-style direct-drive turbine fan with explosion-proof throat moving 26,000 m³/h. Heating options: electric (10 × 3kW double-door infrared units in three control circuits), or diesel/gas systems built around an Italian-made burner with SUS304 stainless-steel heat exchanger.
