Description
European-style electric spray booth with a raised basement floor system. Outside dimensions 7000×5560×3610mm with a 6900×4000×2810mm working interior and a 3200×2700mm entry gate. Twin 7.5kW large-impeller fans (one inlet, one exhaust) each rated for 30,000m³ real measured airflow. Ceiling lighting is 8 groups of 4 LED lamps, supplemented by 10 groups of 3-lamp short-wave infrared heating panels for bake cycles. Wall panels are 50mm rock wool (80kg/m³ density, 10-year wallboard warranty). Floor is a 35cm-height checkered-plate deck over two rows of floor grids. Runs on 480V/3-phase/60Hz.
