Description
Complete paint mixing room for body shops and industrial finishing. The room body is built from 50mm fireproof rock-wool purification panel with 0.4mm white-gray color steel skins on a powder-coated galvanized steel top frame. Inside, a galvanized sheet-metal mixing cabinet is divided into a cleaning area with sink and faucet, a partitioned tool area, a test-spray area with exhaust filtration and paint spray turntable, and a drying area, with a double-door tool compartment above and sliding-door storage below. Ventilation comes from two 220V axial supply fans through four corner duct cabinets, with a 0.55kW exhaust fan moving 3,000 m³/h through a fiberglass pre-filter and 5cm honeycomb activated-carbon stage.
