Description
Electric heating spray booth with a fully machine-fabricated sheet metal main door and 50mm rock wool wall panels (0.38mm steel sheet). Ceiling panels are machine-pressed galvanized steel (0.6cm thick) over a U-shaped channel cotton-frame plenum chamber. Side door has a viewing window with an aluminum alloy frame. Base is 1.5mm-thick No.12 wide convex steel sections with No.10 support legs, two 3×4 galvanized steel grating sections (4 reinforcing bars), three 1.8mm galvanized anti-slip plates, and 0.8mm galvanized skirt panels. Heating is by three-tube infrared heating lamps. Airflow is two 4kW fans plus one 7.5kW fan through 2 straight ducts and 1 elbow duct, with a dedicated C380 air box and an externally-mounted electrical control box. Outside dimensions 7000×5100×3200mm with a 6900×3900×2600mm working interior.
