Description
Gas-heating spray booth with a three-fold aluminum-alloy covered-frame entrance door (3000×2600 mm) and a 650×1800 mm emergency door with handle lock. Walls are 50mm sandwich-style EPS panels with 0.45mm steel skins under a 50mm rock-wool roof panel. The galvanized 300mm base on square-steel supports carries two rows of floor grilles and three rows of corrugated panels with height-adjustable bolts, plus three external 900×2000 mm ramps. The gas heating system reaches a maximum 80°C with a 20→60°C heat-up in 4–5 minutes and fuel consumption of 4–5 kg per vehicle, in a rock-wool-insulated cabinet.
