Description
Gas-heating spray booth with a three-fold aluminum-alloy covered-frame entrance door (3000×2600 mm) and an 800×2000 mm emergency door with handle lock. Walls are 50mm sandwich-style EPS panels with 0.45mm steel skins under a galvanized steel roof. The galvanized 300mm base on square-steel supports carries two rows of grilles and three rows of indented plates, with three external 900×2000 mm ramps. The gas heating system pairs a burner with a 1.5mm SUS304 stainless-steel heat exchanger in a rock-wool-insulated cabinet, and the filtration train adds a Grade G4 activated-carbon stage with ≥85% purification.
