Description
Electric-heating spray booth with a three-fold bending-steel entrance door (3000×2600 mm) and a 650×1800 mm emergency door with handle lock. Walls are 50mm sandwich-style EPS panels with 0.45mm steel skins, anti-flame and heat-insulating, under a high-quality galvanized steel roof. The galvanized 300mm base on square-steel supports carries two rows of grilles and three rows of indented plates, with three external 900×2000 mm ramps. Heating is by 10 infrared curing lamp units (3 × 1kW lamps each, 30kW total). Intake air enters from the side-upper plenum on a powder-coated square-steel frame with a 2m duct run and 90° elbow.
